It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that:
- Their device has a stable internet connection before starting any game.
- They are not using any software or hardware that may interfere with the platform’s performance.
- Their account credentials are secure and not shared with others.
UMG8 will not be held responsible for losses caused by player-side connection issues, including unstable Wi-Fi, mobile data interruptions, or device malfunctions.
Disconnections may occur due to:
- Internet failure or poor connectivity on the player’s side.
- System maintenance or unplanned technical issues on the UMG8 server.
- Power outages, device crashes, or application force-closes.
Each case will be reviewed based on the platform’s game logs and system records.
a. Slot Games
If a player disconnects during a slot spin:
- The result of the spin will still be recorded and processed by the game provider’s system.
- Upon reconnection, the outcome will be displayed in the player’s Game History section.
- Winnings, if any, will be automatically credited to the player’s account balance.
b. Live Casino Games
For live dealer games:
- Bets that have been successfully placed before disconnection will remain valid.
- The game will continue, and results will be determined by the dealer/game system.
- Upon reconnection, players can view results under Game History or Bet History.
- Bets not placed before disconnection will not be counted.
c. Sports or Esports Betting
Bets confirmed before a disconnect remain active and valid.
UMG8’s system records all confirmed bets before the event start.
Pending or unconfirmed bets at the time of disconnection will not be processed.
All game outcomes are determined by the game provider’s certified systems and random number generators (RNG). UMG8’s server records are final and binding in determining the outcome of any disputed game round, bet, or transaction.
UMG8 does not issue refunds for:
- Disconnections caused by the player’s own network or device.
- Bets placed by mistake or without understanding of the game rules.
However, if a disconnection is confirmed to be caused by a server-side issue, UMG8 may, at its sole discretion:
- Reimburse affected bets, or
- Credit compensation equivalent to the affected round value.
All such cases must be reported to Customer Support within 24 hours of the incident.
Occasionally, UMG8 may perform scheduled maintenance to improve gameplay and security.
- During maintenance, access to games may be temporarily unavailable.
- Players will be notified in advance via on-site banners or pop-ups.
- Bets or games affected during maintenance will be reviewed and resolved fairly based on system records.

UMG8’s system records and decisions are final in all cases related to disconnection, gameplay, and settlement.
